Linux Shell 101

Question:
In Linux101 how to useradd ann?

To useradd ann, I should login as root:
sudo bash
or
su
or
ssh root@localhost
Then I issue two shell commands as root:
useradd -m -s /bin/bash ann
passwd ann
To remember the password I assign to ann, I pick the name of my best friend.

Next, I test if I can login to the new account:
ssh ann@localhost
